Welcome to SmokeMate. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SmokeMate mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SmokeMate. Because the Service includes user-generated content and social features, it is rated 17+ on the Apple App Store. You are responsible for complying with the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
SmokeMate authenticates you through Apple or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
SmokeMate lets you share content in Moments (a public feed) and communicate in Tribe (group chats). SmokeMate does not offer one-to-one private messaging.
You agree not to post or share content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We provide in-app tools to report content or users and to block other users. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
SmokeMate offers optional VIP memberships (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime) processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by those platforms. We do not store your payment instrument details. Purchases are final except as required by applicable law or the platform's refund policy.
SmokeMate provides motivational and educational content and estimates (such as recovery trends) computed within the App. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions. SmokeMate does not read data from Apple HealthKit.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account, which permanently removes your data from our active systems (see our Privacy Policy).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmokeMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

SmokeMate 提供可选的 VIP 会员（月付、年付、终身），通过 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 处理。计费、退款与订阅管理由对应平台负责，我们不存储您的支付凭证。
SmokeMate 提供激励性与教育性内容，以及 App 内计算的估算值（如恢复趋势）。它并非医疗设备，不提供医疗建议、诊断或治疗。 做出健康决定前请咨询合格医疗专业人士。SmokeMate 不读取 Apple HealthKit 数据。
若您违反本条款，我们可暂停或终止您的访问权限。您可随时在 设置 → 账户 → 注销账户 删除账号，永久移除活跃系统中的数据。
服务按"现状"提供，不作任何明示或暗示担保。在法律允许的最大范围内，SmokeMate 不对因使用服务产生的间接、附带或后果性损害承担责任。
